We are looking for a warm, positive and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to join our friendly team in DUMBO. This is a key role within the studio, working closely with the Studio Manager / Executive Producer to support day to day operations and help create a welcoming, well-run environment for clients and contractors.
As a primary point of contact, you will represent the studio with a friendly, professional and hospitality led approach. You will meet clients, support the internal team and help ensure the smooth running of the studio. A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in people and studio culture are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Services / Studio Up Keeping:
- The primary focus of the role is welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring they have a positive and professional experience in the studio.
- Tasks include offering refreshments, arranging catering and supporting producers and talent during sessions.
- Maintaining a high standard of tidiness and presentation across all studio spaces daily.
- Running errands as needed.
- Supporting management with studio social activities and contributing to a positive culture.
- Opening and closing the studio alongside the wider team.
General Studio Supplies Management and Shipping:
- Working with senior management on the daily operations of the studio, including:
- Issuing temporary access passes for clients and contractors.
- Liaising with operational partners such as IT, cleaners and building management.
- Keeping studio supplies fully stocked, including hard drives, paper, job samples, snacks, drinks and cleaning materials.
- Answering phone calls and general enquiries.
- Arranging couriers and managing the collection and delivery of drives.
Asset Management:
- Archiving final project assets and uploading to the studio archive.
- Organising, logging and tracking hard drives and managing data.
- Supporting the sales and marketing team with PR materials.
Assisting Producers:
- Supporting producers with project coordination tasks, including invoicing and setting up project briefs and schedules.
